She stabbed Michael Myers in the neck with a sewing needle, but he kept coming after her. Laurie hid in a closet, and Michael broke through the closet door. That is where Laurie stabbed Michael in the eye with a coat hanger, then stabbed him with his own knife. Michael fell to the ground for a short time, then rose again, proving that the nightmare would never end.
